Digital Customer Experience Associate
**Overview** We are seeking a dynamic and curious Digital Customer Experience Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will lead the enablement of new customer-facing technologies and their associated processes to deliver growth, especially for digital marketing initiatives. This role includes a strong focus on driving testing and optimization across our portfolio of digital assets and channel partners. **Key Responsibilities** Testing and Optimization: Manage the digital experimentation portfolio, facilitating cross-functional efforts to drive continuous improvements in revenue performance across our digital acquisition channels. Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to support the implementation of new technologies and processes, ensuring a high level of stakeholder engagement. Channel Partner Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve our performance and relationships with Channel Partners, through improved data quality and experimentation. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Training and Support: Participate in the delivery of workshops to ensure users are fully equipped to leverage new technologies and processes effectively. Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze performance metrics to evaluate the success of digital initiatives and identify areas for improvement. **Qualifications** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in digital enablement, change management, and digital marketing, with a strong track record of driving growth through technology adoption.
