Job DescriptionCintas is seeking a Digital Customer Experience Representative to provide world class customer service to each Cintas customer, internal and external. The Digital Customer Experience Representative will deliver this service through various channels - online portal, email, and escalated requests. The Digital Customer Experience Representative will adhere to the policies and procedures for digital management, attendance, quality, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Client & Customer Management (External)Receive incoming messages to place orders and resolve customer issues. Support customers with empowered decision-making that balances the need of the business with the customer need. Inform customers of inventory availability, such as out-of-stock, discontinued, stock status, substitutions,
forecasting, and product knowledge. Assist customers with returns, embroidery/emblem/logo inquires. Assist customers with any other issues applicable to the position.
AdministrationProcess all orders that are received through mail and internet channels. Monitor and manage applicable reports. Enter comprehensive notes into the SAP computer system after assisting customers.
Performance ManagementMeet or exceed established department goals, including but not limited to service observations, errors, processing time, attendance, and corporate culture expectations (KPIs).
Skills/QualificationsRequired
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Preferred
Two years’ experience in a customer service position, online customer service, and business to business account support experience preferred.
