MAU is hiring a Digital Design Communication Specialist for our client in Greer, SC. As a Digital Design Communication Specialist, you will create and manage visual communication assets, develop internal content strategies, oversee communication projects, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective messaging while maintaining intranet content and enhancing user experience.
Our client, a premier automotive company, is based in the upstate region of South Carolina. This is a long-term renewable contract opportunity.
Benefits Package Major Medical Coverage, including dental and vision 401k with Employer Matching Term life Short-term disability Accidental loss Uniform allowance Paid time off Paid holidays Market leading pay Opportunity for advancement Long-term assignment with opportunity for hire by client Shift Information Monday to Friday Required Education and Experience B.A., B.F.A., or B.S. in Art, Design, Graphic Design, or a related field 5+ of proven success in design or visual communications 5+ years of strong organizational skills 3+ years of experience in the communications field, curating written and verbal content 3+ years of experience working with and developing design systems 3+ years of experience collaborating with customers to create visual and written communications Preferred Requirements Web design and development Application design and development Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects) or similar graphics and video editing software Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Essential Functions Develop and create visual communication assets, including animations, videos, photography, audio, and other media solutions Provide advanced writing and editing for content creation that enhances internal communication within IT Americas Support the development of the communication strategy for IT Americas Oversee the conception and execution of various communication projects Manage intranet pages through regular content updates and design refreshes Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to ensure accurate messaging and alignment with objectives Plan clear ideation progressions by structuring the creative process, including scripts, storyboards, presentation materials, timelines, and concept sketches Deliver content by effectively managing deadlines and workflows to meet customer demands Manage assignments and activities performed by the Graphics & Communications Intern Engage with users to gather feedback and enhance the overall user experience Drive the development and communication of design guidelines and patterns Contribute to Agile projects by delivering work efforts as part of the team Perform additional duties as assigned
