The Digital Design Engineer’s primary responsibility will be the RTL design. This will include function definition, micro architectural specification, design, simulation, verification, hardware prototyping and synthesis.

The role would include:

architecture, design implementation and support of the Cadence Design IPs (PCIe, CXL, IDE, UCIe, USB, UALink etc.,)hardware prototyping including FPGA implementation, software bringup and hardware tests.architecture discussions, RTL implementation as per latest specs, development of new design features – all that scale per Design IP groups’ scalable architecture and participating in Protocol Work Group discussions.driving design quality parameters including LINT, CDC, DFT, Timing for leading technology libs.

Job Qualifications:

BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer ScienceRTL design experience desired with Verilog/System VerilogStrong debugging and analytical skillsDigital architecture trade-offs for power, performance and areaHandling of multiple asynchronous clock domains and their crossings (CDC)RTL lint checks and proper resolution of errorsWorking knowledge of UNIX/Linux, shells, programming and scriptingTeam player (fluent in English)Must be legally eligible to work in Poland

Additional Skills/Preferences:

Exposure to modern digital verification flows: functional coverage closure, metric-driven verification, formal verification, etc.Knowledge of processor-based systems and embedded programmingSemiconductor IP design / FPGA design experience is beneficialWorking knowledge of leading protocols (i.e. PCIe, CXL, AMBA, Ethernet, USB, …)Ability to use UVM TB
