Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Design on-brand creative solutions for a variety of uses including but not limited to; websites, product graphics, email templates, social media graphics, awareness and conversion-focused campaigns, and collateralCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver designs that are creative, useful, and align with technical and brand standardsTake ideas from concept to execution, working with marketing specialists, design colleagues and content experts to deliver an effective user experienceSupport the design process by creating style guides and collaborating with other designers to execute client requirementsUse the latest software and applications to design and develop comprehensive and creative digital solutionsCollaborate with the marketing team to produce assets for email marketing, social media, and digital advertisingDesign compelling digital display ads that align with brand guidelines and engage target audiencesCreate eye-catching social media graphics that enhance marketing campaignsDevelop responsive email templates, optimized for various devices and email clientsEnsure consistency in visual messaging across digital channels while optimizing for performanceStay updated on digital design trends to improve the impact of digital communications.Perform other duties as assignedMinimum Requirements:3+ years of experience as a digital designer or graphic designerA bachelor’s degree in graphic design, web design or a related field preferredDemonstrable portfolio and expertise in previous digital communications projectsA clear passion for brand building and the ability to maintain and evolve design systemsStrong attention to detail and a keen eye for designAbility to methodically work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesFamiliarity with design software such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and Photoshop requiredCompetent in content management systems (CMS) like WordPress preferredKnowledge of the use of drawing applications to design original graphicsFamiliarity with the Canva platform and the creation of digital/social templates preferredExperience with animation and motion graphics for video preferredTech-savviness and basic knowledge of coding preferredExcellent communication skillsProficiency in the English language requiredComputer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)Wage / Salary Information:$65,000 - $75,000, with a $5,000 annual bonus potential Maxim Benefits:
