Digital Designer Location: Remote, United States, United States **Description** Dodge Construction Network (Dodge) is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Designer to join our team. This role will focus on producing high-quality visual assets, including social media creative, website landing pages, email campaigns, eBooks and video content. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital design best practices and a passion for creating engaging, on-brand designs that resonate with target audiences across various digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of style guides and the ability to apply brand guidelines consistently across digital assets, ensuring cohesive and impactful designs. Thisis afull-timepositionandreports directly to theSenior Manager, Brand Communications. **_Preferred_** **_Location_** This is a remote,home-officebasedrole and candidates located in thecontinentalUnitedStateswill be considered. **_Travel Requirements_** Expected travel isminimalforthis role. **_Essential Functions_** + Concept, design and deliver various creative deliverables including paid digital media, landing pages, emails and paid social media + Design and edit short-form video content for campaigns, social media, and other digital platforms to include animation, motion graphics, and video editing to create visually engaging content + Strategize and design intuitive and appealing customer experiences by understanding the intersection of customer needs, business requirements, and technical constraints + Design customer assets that improve engagement, usage and brand sentiment, leading to increased retention and acquisition across the Dodge brand + Understand and incorporate accessibility standards as mandated by W3C + Understand performance KPIs and how creative designs areperformingagainst business goalsin order toconsistently optimize and improve + Keep up to date with best practices and emerging trends in design, digital, CX/UX and technology + Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a unified look and feel across brands + Work closely with Marketing, Content, and Product teams to bring creative concepts to life and ensure design meets campaign goals and deadlines **_Education Requirement_** Bachelor’s degree in relevant field. **_Required_** **_Experience_** **_, Knowledge_** **_and Skills_** + 3+ years of relatable work experience + Proven experience as a digital designer, graphic designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing work across social, web, email and video + Strong understanding of design principles such as typography, layout, color theory and user experience + Experience with video editing and motion graphics for digital content + Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma + Excellent time management, organizational, and administrative skills and ability to work under tight deadlines + Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail and accountability for meeting deadlines + Flexibility/willingness to adapt to changes as needed + Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate details easily and effectively **Must provide a link to an online portfolio **_Preferre_** **_d_** **_Experience_** **_, Knowledge_** **_and Skills_** + Experience with HTML/CSS for basic email and web design + 3+ years working at a SaaS company **_About Dodge Construction Network_** Dodge Construction Network exists to deliver the comprehensive data and connections the construction industry needs to build thriving communities.Our legacy is deeply rooted in empowering our customers with transformative insights, igniting their journey towards unparalleled business expansion and success.We serve decision-makers who seek reliable growth and who value relationships built on trust and quality.
