**Position Summary**
The Digital Developer is a multi-channel marketing specialist who will deliver campaigns across digital and non-digital media. As a resident architect in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, you will be responsible for ongoing development of our Marketing Cloud deployments along with creating solutions for that include journeys, automations, data extensions, email, SMS, and data analysis. You will also be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing digital solutions and systems by applying advanced technical expertise to architect and code software applications, conduct system testing and debugging, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the overall technical direction and innovation of digital engineering projects for one of Aetna's key clients.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Performing day-to-day marketing operations including campaign set-up, segmentation, scheduling, testing, tagging, and deployment
+ Audience / List segmentation and contact management using SQL
+ Contributing to team by proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and reducing execution complexity
+ Leverage expertise to design and implement efficient and scalable solutions that meet business requirements and quality standards.
+ Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions, collaborating with other developers.
+ Works with other developers and team members to implement complex features, enhance existing functionality, and ensure the delivery of high-quality code.
+ Provides input on technical feasibility, performance optimization, and scalability considerations to ensure that the overall solution meets the desired objectives.
+ Participates in code reviews and ensures adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.
+ Communicates and coordinates with team members to ensure alignment, provide technical insights, and contribute to decision-making processes.
+ Contributes to the adoption of best practices, new technologies, and tools to enhance productivity, efficiency, and code quality.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred; may include experience with ExactTarget, Adobe Experience Cloud, Marketo, Oracle Eloqua, IBM Watson, etc.)
+ Working knowledge of HTML and email design principles
+ Database management/SQL experience preferred
+ Adept at problem solving and decision making skills
+ Adept at collaboration and teamwork
+ Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
+ Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
**Education**
Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
