Develop and implement creative campaigns and digital initiatives to engage team members, support collaboration, and promote the effective use of internal tools and technologies.Track ElaraCare (Blink) usage metrics, engagement data, and trends to continuously refine communication strategies.Partner with service line leaders to align communication strategies with business needs.Promote open dialogue through tools like Blink’s chat and feedback functions, enabling team members to provide input and stay connected.Lead efforts to communicate changes effectively, ensuring team members are informed and aligned during organizational transitions and new technology rollouts.Stay up to date with industry trends in employee engagement technologies and recommend improvements to enhance internal communication efforts.Performs other duties/projects as assigned.What is Required?
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Digital Marketing or related field.MBA or Master’s Degree is preferred.5+ years experience managing internal communication platforms preferably in healthcare or related industry.Proven success in increasing employee engagement through platforms such as Blink, Workvivo or Workplace from Meta.Proficiency in analytics tools such as PowerBi and/or Tableau to measure and optimize engagement and strategies.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet competing deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.Demonstrated project management experience with coordinating efforts with cross functional teams including operations, IT, Human Resources and Product Management.You will report to the Director of Communications.
