English business fluency + Programming languages/ Frameworks : Java, springs, JPA, python, Spring-boot + Web Technologies: react js, angular or any equivalent + Databases: any SQL / No-SQL + Containers: docker, container, lxc, podman (anyone is good) + Container orchestrations: Kubernetes, docker compose + Strong knowledge in SOAP & RESTful protocols + API management: APIGEE, APIM, API Gateway or any other equivalent + Messaging: Rabit MQ, Azure service bus, Azure event grid, SQS, SNS or equivalent + Code quality tools: sonarQube, fortify or any equivalent + Soft skills: good communication, time management & quick learner Total Experience + 5~10 years of experience in development projects + Significant experience in Japan based insurance solutions with emphasis in commercial/consumer lines + Experience working in an organization and teams through change, improving efficiency, reducing cost and/or integrating business units or capabilities + Experience in developing and operationalizing development strategies across various technology, infrastructure, and entities.
