Under the guidance of the Sr Director, Digital Execution & Operations, you will serve as a liaison between the business and product functions. You will engage with functional owners across each MakerPlace team to translate business objectives and requirements into a stack-ranked priority list, using seller feedback, customer feedback, and competitor/market research.
Major Activities
Business Prioritized Stack Ranking, Intake Requirements, and Last-Touch UAT
Under the guidance of the Sr Director, Digital Execution & Operations, partner with functional peers in Content & Merchandising, Growth, Marketing, and Finance to define and maintain a business prioritized stack ranking of feature releasesDevelop stack ranking using white-space visioning, seller feedback, customer feedback, and competitor/market researchExecute business intake requirements to pass off to the product teamSupport the product team, upon request, through the review and validation of PRDs, user stories, and design reviewsSupport last-touch UAT, upon request by product, by the business team to ensure effective release of new featuresManage the go-to-market process across the business, marketing, and finance team for relevant features to drive adoptionOther duties as assigned, including leading ad hoc projects as requested by leadership
Preferred Education/Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, math, finance or economics or related field, or equivalent experienceMinimum Type of Experience Required
2-4 years of experience in ecommerce, technology, retail or related consumer facing industryProficient with eCommerce, eCommerce marketplaces, and eCommerce services and softwareThorough understanding of desktop, mweb, and app technologiesDetailed understanding of eCommerce & content management systems and infrastructureSignificant experience building ground up, nascent business models/functions/products/services from concept development to launchExcellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with business and technology executives in a fast-paced, startup environmentOther
