Digital Experience Manager

As the Digital Experience Manager in the area of RRP Digital Marketing, you will: 

 

The Digital Product Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management of projects, fixing reliability issues, tracking service metrics, managing budget, owership of user interface and user experience, facilitating User Acceptance Testing, Usability Testing, and leading the project and development team. 

The role will primarily require solid experience and understanding of customer and consumer facing platforms, should have experience developing digital experiences, covering UI/UX design, user acceptance testing, and usability testing. 

Website Project Management:Overall digital platform manager of the website and manages day-to-day activities within the platform. Collaborate and identify resources for the development and deployment of digital platforms and programs, ensuring full compliance with all laws, regulations and internal guidelines. As part of project management to regularly monitor current & new digital initiative performance metrics and track overall brand performance in digital in order to ensure effective delivery.

UX Mapping, Testing, and Improvement: Responsible for determining the right information hierarchy based on business and end-user needs. Maps out the entire user experience in the platform in the most user-friendly manner possible. Works cross-functionally with end-user stakeholders to identify opportunities and pain points in existing platforms. Iterates UI/UX (including but not limited to layout and page design) swiftly based on either data (Google Analytics, MoEngage reports) or tests (A/B Testing, Usability Testing). Creates testable output such as lo-fi wireframes and clickable prototypes for the purposes of usability testing.

Website Mapping, Testing, and Improvement: Maps out all possible user scenarios for platform usage for each project and proposes ways to mitigate any potential risk to JTI. Leads usability testing and user acceptance tesing in assigned digital projects prior to rollout to ensure that projects and platforms are understandable by JTI consumers/customers. Identifies opportunities and pain points in upcoming and ongoing projects, campaigns, and/or platforms by tracking and monitoring key digital metrics and proposes changes to further improve processes and user experience. Supports the user journey creation by adopting established IT recommendations in the areas of architecture, design and security.

Budget Management: Responsible for managing overall project budget such as but not limited to gathering cost estimate, liasing with stakeholders for budget approval and ensuring all projects regardless of complexity are completed within the agreed upon budget.

 

Requirements: 

 

Graduate degree in Computer Science/Programming, Marketing, or Digital 5+ years of combined proven work experience as Service Delivery Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Digital Project Manager and/or UI/UX Manager Fluency in English and Tagalog

Functional Skills:

Digital Expertise: Expertise in digital with extensive knowledge of digital ecosystems and its role to achieve the business strategy and marketing campaigns. 

Scoping and documentation: Requirements gathering, development of project documentation, including clear scope of work and functional specifications. 

Budget Management: Gathering cost estimate from relevant teams, creating project cost estimates, proposals and control of scope and cost to ensure project can be completed within the approved budget. 

Time management: Timeline planning and development for simple and complex projects, with the ability to ensure completion of project within the agreed upon deadline. This includes pivoting and adjusting prioritization depending on the needs of the business.

Briefing: Efficiently create clear briefs regardless of the task or project complexities. Ensure that there is no room for assumption, ambiguity or misinterpreation. 

Communications Management: Close collaboration with both internal and external team members as well as 3rd party vendor partners. 

Quality Management: End-to-end attention to detail of the project deliverables. From planning, pre-work, requirements gathering, development, UAT, QA, deployment and post go-live activities. 

Risk Management: Ensures ability to identify, analyze, and quickly adapt and respond to project risks and ensure minimal impact to the business and customers/consumers.

Stakeholder Management: Ensure all stakeholders (internal and external working team and clients are always aligned to the objectives, scope of work, timeline, RACI, identified risks and development updates of the project.
