**Introduction**
Manage Design Libraries
Are you a collaborative and creative individual with a passion for design and technology? We're seeking a talented Design Library Manager to oversee our design assets, build and maintain our website, and support content creation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our brand is consistently represented across all channels.
**Your role and responsibilities**
Manage Design Libraries
Responsible for creation, organization, and maintenance of design for assets and resources.
Managing content creation and publishing. Collaborating with design, marketing, and IT teams
Develop, publish, and maintain web pages
Design, build, and update website content and functionality
Optimize site performance and SEO
Develop and implementAEM templates, components, and workflows
Tagging, tracking, and performance:
Implement and analyze website analytics to measure and improve performance..
Messaging/Copy Creation
Support and validate copy creation for all channels including email, social media, landing pages, etc.
Perform full QA to ensure alignment to given requirements
Content Tagging
Facilitate development of taxonomy to be used for tagging web pages
Manage organization of content library to facilitate to findability and reuse assets.
Assign keywords, labels (tags) to content, videos, images, or social media posts, to categorize, organize, and make it easily searchable
**Required technical and professional expertise**
Key Requirements:
Knowledge and background in Content Management - Adobe Sites tool to support content creation
5+ years of relevant work experience. At least 2-3 years as Power User
Experience with design software and web development tools.
Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
Experience with website performance optimization (WPO) techniques.
Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) best practices.
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
Experience managing annual program and incremental project scopes for Email, SMS and RMM channels
Proven ability to deliver strategy, insights, best practices for channel specific marketing and loyalty program, based on platform capabilities
Develop and implement streamlined, standardized and scalable processes and documentation across channels, teams, and brands to ensure on time delivery and flawless execution of ad hoc and automated user journeys
Strong relationship building experience with clients and internal stakeholders, served as SME for email and SMS channel marketing i
Experience establishing client onboarding and training programs with guides, checklists, and QA standards
