IT Senior Associate – System Administrator

 

We are looking for a proactive and skilled System Administrator to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining reliable, secure, and efficient data communications networks. The ideal candidate will be able to deploy, configure, maintain, and monitor all active network equipment in order to ensure smooth network operation.

 

Your Key Responsibilities:

 

Administer on-premises VMware environments and Azure cloud infrastructure. Maintain and optimize Windows and/or Linux servers (both physical and virtual) Configure and troubleshoot networking components in hybrid environments. Manage Veeam backups, ensuring data protection and disaster recovery readiness. Manage Exchange Online, including mailbox administration, email flow, and security. Proactively monitor infrastructure health, security, and performance. Collaborate with global IT teams to solve complex issues and implement projects. Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.

 

To qualify for the role, you must have.

 

2+ years of experience in a system administration role with a hybrid infrastructure focus. Solid understanding of VMware vSphere (or other virtualization platforms). Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS). In-depth knowledge of Veeam Backup & Replication. Experience with Exchange Online administration. Experience working with Windows Server and/or Linux systems administration. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. French is highly valued Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
