Develop and implement fraud prevention and detection strategies tailored to specifically to Skechers’ platformsGenerate and analyze reports on fraud trends, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in fraud detection and prevention processesUse investigative tools to identify unusual patterns, chargebacks and suspicious transactions leveraging your industry knowledge to assess potential fraud risks in stores, online, and corporate offices.Create and maintain metrics for measuring the success of fraud detection/prevention strategies.Work with Customer Service, Operations and Ecommerce, to reduce fraudulent credit card purchases in both the retail and online environments. Stay abreast of current trends in credit card theft and work with partners to create and implement processes to reduce the frequency of occurrence.Review, investigate, and track suspicious activity, analyze trends, communicate fraud/security threats to management, and provide recommendations for loss mitigation as needed.Collaborate with IT and e-commerce teams to ensure fraud detection tools are effective and protocols are followedDevelop and maintain incident reporting systems and ensure timely and accurate documentation of all incidentsStay abreast of industry trends and emerging threats, recommending and implementing innovative solutionsBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organizationEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE-
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, data analytics, operations management, or a related field.3-5 years' experience in ecommerce fraud analysis and retail loss prevention, with a strong understanding of business processStrong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and trends in data.Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with demonstrated ability in using data and metrics to identify problems and arrive at the right prioritization decisions.Experience in building fraud rules and identifying fraud trends in a digital environmentAbility to quickly grasp complex systems and processes and use technology to drive process improvementsStrong presentation skills with the ability to report trends to leadershipExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Strong work ethic and collaborative working style, couple with a sense of urgencyAbility to travel internationally 10% of the time.$120k-$150k/ANNUALLY
