Develop and implement policies and procedures related to digital fulfillment, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal guidelines.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess effectiveness of digital fulfillment processes and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with external partners such as suppliers, distributors, and freight forwarders to streamline logistics and shipping processes.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to digital fulfillment activities, adhering to data privacy and security protocols.
Provide training and development opportunities for fulfillment staff to enhance skills and knowledge in digital fulfillment best practices.
Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in digital fulfillment, recommending innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and continuous learning within the digital fulfillment department.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field preferred.Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 3-5 years in a digital fulfillment or similar environment.Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale digital fulfillment operations.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.Effective communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Knowledgeable in supply chain management principles and best practices.Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and online ordering systems advantageous.Ability to travel occasionally for meetings and site visits as required.100% Remote Work

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $116,000.00-$174,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
