Responsible for creating original artwork and design for visual solutions that are aligned with the company's brand strategy, such projects include but are not limited to digital publications, Core-Mark Website, Social media posts via all channels, animation, advertising and all other related digital collateral in support of the enterprise. Additionally, responsible for the migration, organization and maintenance of a digital asset management system accessible to enterprise stakeholders; familiarity with media production (video for supporting town halls and podcasts; and working in tandem with all other marketing resources and external agency partners. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Primary Responsibilities:Creation of digital assets supporting collateral, website, social media, and online publications as well as supporting email campaigns and sales initiativesInitiation, organization and management of digital asset management systemExperience and familiarity with video and editing equipment and podcast executionDemonstrate a comprehensive working knowledge of multiple software platforms related to creation and execution of digital materialCollaboration with all internal and external stakeholders on a project to ensure goal achievementThink creatively to produce new ideas and concepts for ads, brochures, signage, banners, emails, flyers, postcards, social media graphics, and other artworkPerforms other related duties as assignedDesired Skills:Ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects at one time.Ability to develop robust marketing campaign design systems and style guidesMust be able to collaborate and receive constructive feedbackSelf-motivated with the ability to manage many projects at once and meet tight deadlinesSolid knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Outlook, and other professional programsBasic understanding of HTML/CSS
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, or similar field of study
3-5 years of graphic design experience with illustration and concept layout design
Illustration and design experience with a strong portfolio of work
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with digital asset management systems or other similar systems
Familiarity with photography and videography production is a plus
Prior agency experience as an Art/Creative Director
Knowledge of photo editing software including any tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop Illustrator, InDesign, CSS and HTML, Premiere, After Affects, Audition, Sketch
