As the Digital HR Payroll & Time and Absence Domain Leader, you will have the opportunity to leverage deep knowledge of Payroll and Time & Attendance technologies, processes and domain expertise to create and deliver the strategic road map of capabilities and geographic coverage. This role will also build relationships with various customer stakeholders and executives and collaborate with functional owners, project technical teams, and project managers to deliver capabilities.
In the role of Digital HR Payroll & Time and Absence Domain Leader, you will:
Be accountable for the successful deployment of foundational Time & Attendance systems, including Kronos and Workday. Further, you will share responsibility for integrations with other HR digital ecosystem solutions
Own development & execution of product technology & functional capability roadmaps
Demonstrate product leadership acumen while identifying areas for process re-engineering and transformation
Work with functional process owners, regional subject matter experts, and a systems implementation partner to redesign business processes that are more digital, and improve employee experience globally
Lead prioritization discussions for business requirements, approve future state design/configurations, and ensure successful implementation through the product lifecycle
Lead cross-functional teams and partners to create, design and implement global design standards for solutions related to Time & Attendance
Own project planning & resource allocation to ensure effective delivery
Oversee the governance of the Payroll & T&A digital platforms and ensure that we are compliant with data privacy regulations.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or Engineering or 4 years of IT technical experience
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Time Management including leading cross-functional initiatives and/or large global projects
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Payroll-related applications and processes.
The successful candidate will have significant functional knowledge of HR as well as significant technical knowledge of a core set of HR Digital Technologies
Strong understanding and knowledge of various project and portfolio management methodologies with track record of implementing shared standards for large organizations
Strong leadership skills with ability to influence outcomes and organize teams to attain shared goals
Strong track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies demonstrated through training, job experience and / or industry activities
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
