Your missionThe mission of Business Infrastructure Services, part of Infrastructure & Onsite Services (IOS), is to develop and govern the IT services within the Digital Workplace, Digital Identity, and Core Infrastructure areas, while ensuring their delivery and effective usage throughout the entire Volvo Group. As many of these services are delivered by partners, the mission will focus on governing and controlling these partners, as well as managing the remaining IT infrastructure delivery teams in Volvo. Volvo Group Digital & IT is looking for a collaborative Service Leader to join the Digital Identity team. (flexible position: Lyon, Goteborg, Gent, Wroclaw).
This role involves managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) services, ensuring strategy, development, and operations align with governance, compliance, and risk management requirements. Working in a global, multicultural environment, the Service Leader will collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to uphold IT controls across Volvo applications.
Your mission is to ensure that the services within your portfolio are developed according to Volvo Group’s IT strategy and target architecture and delivered and operated according to contracted supplier obligations.
You will also be heavily involved as Process Owner / Manager for access reviews, being accountable for successful implementation, follow-up and audit compliance.
The services under your responsibility are:
Access review and recertification Audit and compliance What you will do Manage and document Access Management and Review processes, ensuring compliance, risk management, and timely completion of audits. Drive innovation, automation, and process improvements, leading project steering committees and enhancing efficiency. Monitor compliance and address failures, working with application owners and fulfillment teams to correct issues and reconcile access. Manage risks associated with those procedures Provide regular reporting and audit-ready documentation, ensuring transparency for management and external auditors. Develop training materials and support stakeholders, guiding teams in best practices and process adoption. Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with Volvo, suppliers, and other key stakeholders. Coach, guide and support consumers of your services at Volvo Group in adoption Who are you? You have a strong ability to influence without authority and build relationships with internal stakeholders. With at least 4-5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management and auditing. You communicate effectively in English with both technical and non-technical audiences. You can work independently with minimal guidance while collaborating in a team. You have experience in auditing, access reviews, and recertification. You have expertise in industry regulations such as NIS2 and GDPR, especially in regulated industries.
