What role will you play?
You support the growth and implementation of a Digital solutions & Innovation agenda for Siemens Global Business Services (GBS), collaborating cross-functionally with other strategists, innovators, product managers, and engineers to craft end-to-end business models that solve meaningful customer problems, taking responsibility for the conception of new innovative digital solutions, incorporating UX Design and Engineering counterparts in problem-solvingContinuously learning, analyzing, and refining opportunities and taking ownership of the path to a scalable new businessLeveraging state-of-the-art innovation methodologies like Design Thinking, Value Proposition Design, and Business Model Canvas to consistently identify and incubate innovative productsResponsible to drive and support projects from ideation to product innovation with an evidence-based validation and agile approachResponsible for conducting customer discovery and supporting subsequent Minimum Viable Product (MVP) development, including face-to-face interviews to test problem and customer needs, derive possible solutions, test customer reactions to MVP, and to validate customer demand (willingness to buy it)Required to demonstrate metric-based decision process for determining product iterations, pivots, and resources, follow a hypothesis-driven development process in order to quickly evaluate customer needs and product-market fitFoster feedback, communication, and product development culture according to company values

3+ years of experience in a fast-growing company with a history of bringing products from concept to market and proven success creating and driving customer-focused products in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated experience in innovation or product management, preferably with a focus on digital productsExperience in a (shared) service business is a plusAbility to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and employ entrepreneurial techniques to exploring, validating, and developing new customer offerings and business opportunities.Ability to identify and experiment with new opportunities to expand company product market fit and knowledge when to adjust when value, feasibility, viability, or usability is not viableStrong initiative and proven ownership quality across functions and levels combined with an ability to collaborate across groups and organizationsExtreme comfort with ambiguity, demonstrating visionary ideas with storytelling for executive buy-inBachelor’s in business, Innovation Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent Demonstrably strong written and verbal communication in English
