Corning’s Display Technologies segment manufactures glass substrates for active matrix liquid crystal displays (“LCDs”) that are used primarily in LCD televisions, notebook computers and flat panel desktop monitors.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Conducting and evaluating statistical, machine learning, deep learning models to support problem solving approach for process engineering teams. Testing, validating and continuously improving the accuracy of AI models. Creating visualizations and dashboards to help the company interpret and make decisions with the data. Presenting the results of a technical analysis to business and internal clients.

 

Potential Plant Project Task Arrangement:

BDS: image classification accuracy improvement by comparing with multiple deep-learning module with different parameter.  --- 1months/people PIS: algorithms and image classification optimize to improve the system --- 1months/people R wheel auto offset algorithms optimize to improve the process variation---- 1months/people  Cut offset algorithms optimize to improve the SQ and cut size variation---- 1months/people  Etc…

 

Required:

Undergraduate bachelor’s degree above, major in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Math, Mechanical manufacturing and automation, Artificial Intelligence or other engineering related. Skill in software of Windows Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point, etc. Programming: 1. Fluent in Python, SQL, VBA  2. Familiar with OpenCV, Pytorch.  (Optional) Experience with Streamlit & Dash & PowerBI  Excellent communication skill in teamwork. Good English comprehension in speaking, writing, and reading. Proactive self-learning is a must in high dynamic working environment.
