We are looking for a Digital Laboratory Data Integration Lead who is innovative, proactive, and collaborative to join our CMC Development Digital Sciences team, based at our UCB campus in Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium.
About the Role
As the Digital Laboratory Data Integration Lead for CMC Development Sciences, you will help transform the way we develop patient solutions into high-quality pharmaceutical products that reach patients in the clinic and market. You will lead the deployment and management of solutions which are making CMC Development labs connected and integrated, enabling end-to-end data flows from equipment to data hubs.
Who You Will Work With
You will collaborate with teams across Belgium, the UK, and Germany. You will work closely with the Head of CMC Development Digital Sciences and Digital Domain Leads to drive the digital transformation agenda. Your role will involve engaging with internal and external stakeholders to mobilize and steer capabilities, following a value-driven approach.
What You Will Do
Develop and deliver the vision and roadmap for CMC Development Digital Connected and Integrated Laboratory.Act as the digital product owner for connectivity and data integration solutions such as UCB Analytical Data Hub.Manage Digital Laboratory Connectivity and Integration deployment projects.Confirm requirements and prioritization and shape the solutions roadmap.Manage the lifecycle and functional support of connectivity and integration solutions.Secure systems compliance and availability of trusted data via end-to-end data flows.Ensure overall success of Digital Laboratory Connectivity and Integration solutions.
Interested? For this role, we are looking for the following qualifications, experience, and skills:
7+ years of experience in Digital/Technology/IT, including consulting and proven leadership skills.Practical experience with laboratory equipment, data acquisition systems, and instrument interfaces.Good knowledge of common laboratory technologies and data formats.Automation experience is an asset.“Can do” attitude, ability to work independently and define and develop own targets.Ability to drive change and navigate ambiguity in a corporate environment.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
