Digital Large Format Printer OperatorCompany builds display's and signs for retail stores 
Location: Oakland County, MIPay: $18/hr (will consider more for a qualified candidate)Days/Hours: Monday-Thursday 2:30pm-1:00am and Friday 2:30pm-8:30pm as required. OT is required
                        during busy months
Essential Functions of The Job
A digital large format printer operator is responsible for operating and maintaining one or more large format printers in
a production environment. We use Vutek printers. This also includes general production runs on various substrates,
samples and scheduled printer maintenance.
Operate one or more printers at production quotas
Maintain operability of printers including:
Warm up and shut down procedures
Ink level maintenance
Scheduled lubrications
Scheduled filter changes
General cleanliness of machine
Interact with Graphics Department as needed to determine job scheduling
Arrange stock of printing material in orderly fashion to best facilitate production
Observe safety codes for the general shop area and their machine
Other duties as assigned by a manager or supervisor
Maintain a clean, safe work area clear of debris
Perform all job duties using standard  safety practices
Use time wisely and remain productive
Responsible for following all company policies as stated in the employee handbook
Printers Used: Grand / Large Format Industrial UV Digital printing.Vutek 3250LX + Vutek 3250LX3 (direct to boards up to 120” wide)Epson Resin printers (roll-to-roll)Fiery software
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
General familiarity with computer operations
General mechanical inclination
Prior work experience operating a large format digital printer

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. pounds of material on a regular basis.
Safety glasses must be worn at all times while in the shop.
