Your unique skills and talents are key to making impactful strides in today's electrified world! **Digital** **Leadership Development Rotational Program** **202** **5** The Digital Leadership Development Program (DLDP) is a three-year rotational program with 12 months spent in each rotation. The intention is for participants to spend three years within a specific domain/track of the digital organization, rotating within that track each year to provide exposure and build expertise. This accelerated program will provide graduates the opportunity to rotate through several different facets of the digital organization, gaining exposure and valuable development experiences, such as - Data and Analytics and Visualization, Cloud, ERP, RPA, Engineering tools, Digitization of manufacturing, Cyber Security and Agile Program Management. Responsibilities will range from: + Defining and documenting requirements/user stories and communicating them to development teams + Participating as a member of development teams to implement business requirements and initiatives, leveraging Digital’s technology stack + Providing project status updates to executive sponsors + Helping to define cost benefit analysis to evaluate investment opportunities + Leveraging understanding of complex business problems to recommend and implement solutions. This broad variety of responsibilities will allow the candidate to gain valuable development experiences and leadership exposure within a global organization. Upon completion, participants will continue in a permanent capacity in their development program's domain or track area. **What** **You** **Will Experience in this Position:** As a part of nVent's Leadership Develop Program, you'll join a cohort of early career professionals across various functions. Kickstart your journey in June 2025 with a comprehensive week of onboarding and training, setting the stage for your first rotation.
