*POSITION SUMMARY*
The Digital Marketing Manager position is responsible for providing the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, both internally and externally, that enhance the organization’s online presence, optimize website performance, and enable data-driven decision-making. This role is responsible for managing the website’s content, design, and functionality to align with organizational goals while ensuring an exceptional user experience.
*PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITES*
1. Primary strategist and architect defining digital solutions involving website marketing, digital marketing, analytics and marketing intelligence, marketing automation, journey orchestration within the Marketing CRM (if implemented), personalization, and related technologies, e.g., Google, Microsoft, etc. and integrating where appropriate to drive volume.
2. Maintain and improve website content, structure, and design, ensuring alignment with our branding, accessibility standards, and best practices for user experience.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to create, manage, and maintain website content, landing pages, forms, online surveys, etc., and optimize the user experience while conducting audits to ensure the website conforms to web quality standards, e.g. ADA compliance, 508 certification, based on SEO best practice and regulatory requirements.

1. Update and monitor schema markup
2. Website performance analysis as it relates to SEO
3. SEO content recommendations
4. Managing and optimizing organic search rankings
5. Keyword research
6. Define consumer personas
7. Competitor research
4. Conduct market research on latest trends to identify emerging digital trends and opportunities to expand marketing lead generation capabilities and digital campaigns and website performance
5. Oversee the strategy of any digital marketing technologies, platforms, and data, collaborating closely with client stakeholders in marketing and IT.
6. Develop and constantly review and measure website reporting key performance indicators.
7. Oversee changes and improvements of website design, technical implementation, features security and user experience to best leverage the web properties as eCommerce, lead acquisition, digital containment, and education channels for optimal lead generation.
8. Oversee the development, execution, and optimization of pay per click campaigns through keyword research, ad copy testing, landing page and bidding optimizations, automation, budget management and competitor analysis by identifying target audiences based on customer journeys including persona/prospect outreach and engagement, onboarding, and retention.
9. Develop, evaluate, and oversee the implementation of user experience research methodology, A/B testing protocols and procedures.
10. Review and recommend digital enhancements for marketing planning to enhancements for marketing planning to ensure it aligns with goals, objectives, budget, and critical success factors for digital advertising.
11. Monitor digital budgets and maintain dashboards of projects to include return on investment (ROI) and other key metrics that unite website traffic and service goals. Responsible for vendors remaining in budget provided by leadership while achieving goals.
12. Develop, monitor, analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and support strategic objectives for digital marketing and website performance, generating actionable insights.

*MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS*
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Advertising, Communications, Information Technology, or relevant field.
* Work Experience: Five (5) years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or analytics, including successful campaign execution, and performance optimization.

* Certification: None
* Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
o Proficiency in Drupal CMS, including content updates and site maintenance.
o Digital Expertise: Strong knowledge of website management platforms (e.g., Drupal), SEO, SEM, and digital marketing principles.
o Analytics Proficiency: Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and data visualization.
o Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and content management systems.
o Strategic Thinking: Ability to align digital strategies with organizational goals.
o Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and editing expertise.
o Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
*PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS*
* Work Experience: Experience working in a healthcare or health insurance environment.
* Certification:
o Google Analytics (GA4).
o Google Ads Certification.
* Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
o Advanced knowledge of SEO strategies and best practices.
o Familiarity with A/B testing and user experience optimization techniques.
*PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*
* Majority of time involves sitting or standing; occasional walking, bending, and stooping.
* Long periods of computer time or at workstation.
* Light work that may include lifting or moving objects up to 20 pounds with or without assistance.
* May be exposed to inside environments with varied temperatures, air quality, lighting and/or low to moderate noise.
* Communicating with others to exchange information.
* Visual acuity and hand-eye coordination to perform tasks.
* Workspace may vary from open to confined, onsite, or remote.
* May require travel to various facilities within and beyond county perimeter; may require use of personal vehicle.
