Digital Marketing Analyst

This role will be responsible for analyzing marketing campaigns inclusive of Internet Listing Services (ILS), Pay-Per-Click (PPC), social media, email, geofencing, websites and any other lead gen sources. It requires knowledge of taking in multiple sources of information, understanding how to high-level analyze data and make campaign recommendations to support property occupancy objectives and ownership goals. This position reports into the Marketing Manager, Demand Generation. Essential Functions and Responsibilities + Report on and monitor client campaign data, alerting fellow team members when data fluctuates below desired levels; assisting in identifying areas of opportunity or needed adjustment across channels (specifically across paid and organic) + Utilize data-driven methodology and tracking of performance by channel and work with cross-functional teams to drive implementation of effective campaigns + Curate performance reports and analyze property data to account manager, operations team and ownership groups to support strategic recommendations to maintain the health and success of the property + Report on marketing KPIs such as impressions, MQLs, conversions, website traffic, and social media engagement, organic traffic, etc to identify trends and other actionable insights + Leverage data from a variety of sources (CRM, Google Analytics, ILS, social media, etc) and work with cross-functional operations team to create, modify, and distribute standard and ad hoc business performance management reports and dashboards + Ability to pull actionable insights and communicate to clients and/or client teams + Monitor and report on budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns + Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data + Assist with data accuracy, tracking implementation and the continuous improvement of the Marketing Performance BI dashboard + Ability to manage multiple projects at once and pivot when needed + Regularly audits tracking and performance reports to identify data failures and remedies the issues + All other responsibilities as assigned Additional Functions and Responsibilities + Additional duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: + Google Analytics (GA4) Certification. Google Data Analytics Professional (GA4) Certificate is a plus but not required. + Intermediate understanding of Excel, Advanced is a plus Education and Background: + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics or a related field + Minimum 2 - 3 years of business or marketing analytics experience Requirements These are physical and mental requirements of the position as it is typically performed.
