Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Analyst role is a key member of the Marketing Analytics team who uses data analysis and storytelling skills to advance Thrivent Asset Management’s strategic priorities. This position supports business processes to provide marketing measurement and optimization recommendations to internal stakeholders within Thrivent Asset Management Distribution. This position is also responsible for activities that ensure data integrity, timely delivery of results, and ROI analysis.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
Support measurement and optimization strategies for marketing campaigns and digital experiences. Incorporate all available resources, including web analytics, CRM data, media mix models, and marketing attribution data.Partner with colleagues in Sales Reporting and Lead Automation to assess impact of online and offline marketing efforts in support of business unit goals through insightful visualizations and analyses.Design and maintain data visualizations/dashboards for stakeholders to use for marketing campaign decision making. Work with stakeholders to identify KPIs, goals, and visualizations that illustrate progress toward those goals.Effectively communicate marketing measurement, insights, and recommendations to capability leaders including Sales, Marketing, Content and Distribution Technology.Partner with IT resources to manage tagging and other processes required to measure interactions with digital properties.Support efforts to enhance data literacy and reporting self-service through collaboration on measurement strategies and building awareness of data technology capabilities.This role will interact with various members of Thrivent Asset Management Distribution team. They will work closely with internal teams such as digital experience, marketing and technology as well as external digital agency teams to deliver reporting to help these capability leaders understand the performance of their channels.This role will support the Manager, Marketing Analytics to deliver insights and analyses that will be presented to senior leaders.The Marketing Analyst will collaborate with Sales Reporting to deliver integrated sales and marketing analysis and dashboards.Job Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in business, marketing, or the sciences.Strong analytic and critical thinking skills coupled with high levels of data curiosity.Minimum of two years of experience using Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) with focus delivering high quality reporting and deep analytics.Experience soliciting requirements from stakeholders and taking those requirements through report/dashboard build to insight generation.Ability to interact and communicate successfully with all levels of management and staff.Proficient in use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for generating reports, insights, and analysis.Preferred:
Competency working with data from native marketing platforms (e.g. LinkedIn or Google) preferred.Proficient with Data Visualization software (such as Domo, PowerBI and/or Tableau).Additional Information
