Digital Marketing Analyst
*Description* *Summary:* The Digital Marketing Analyst has strong analytic and statistical capabilities with an expertise in translating data into meaningful market and consumer insights. The successful candidate is knowledgeable in market research and CRM, website, online brand management, SEO analytics, etc. The Digital Marketing Analyst reports to the Director, Digital Marketing. The position will be located in our corporate offices in Danbury, CT with a hybrid schedule (3-4 days onsite and 1-2 remote) *Responsibilities:* 1.Collaborates with marketing team and other stakeholders to drive success and growth of digital channels 2.Recommends measurements and strategies using data to drive business decisions resulting in achievement of Nuvance Health objectives 3.Proposes and manages market research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and planning 4.Undertakes continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends, communicates trends and learnings to stakeholders and provides strategic recommendations as appropriate 5.Query datasets and aggregates disparate data across systems to bring insights and trends to influence marketing campaigns, creative and investment decisions 6.Conducts quantitative analysis and modeling, extracts insights from data and develops and delivers presentations to a large variety of audiences 7.Compiles, analyzes and distributes timely reports on recurring and completed campaigns incorporating relevant KPI�s. Develops insights based on trends for further consumer journey development 8.Conducts regular QA assessments of all CRM activities to ensure optimal results for digital campaigns, including acquisition, retention, reactivation and promotional activities 9.Analyze audience segments to increase personalization capabilities and uses demonstrated best practices to ensure optimal delivery of results in multiple digital channels 10.Trains, coaches and counsels team members to measure ROI and KPI�s as related to digital engagement initiatives 11.Assesses market trends and reports on findings and translates data into meaningful market and consumer insights 12.Communicates research and analytical findings to be incorporated into written, visual, digital, e-mail and audio content/formats that inspire and encourage desired actions by key audiences 13.Demonstrates regular, reliable and predictable attendance 14.Maintains and models Nuvance Health values 15.
