You bring experience in implementing digital marketing and engagement plans that have delivered real business outcomes. Your skills include embedding creativity and content into digital marketing processes and activation. With a keen understanding of digital marketing channels, loyalty, engagement, and customer relationship management, you've successfully used data and measurement to influence and adjust digital marketing performance for improvement.

Additionally, you have:
• Great knowledge and experience in implementing multi-channel digital marketing plans that prove real business outcomes.
• Experience in embedding creativity and content into digital marketing processes and activation.
• Understanding of digital marketing channels, loyalty and engagement, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and personalized communication.
• Solid experience of using data and measurement to influence and adjust digital marketing performance improvement.
• Working knowledge of performance marketing and programmatic digital advertising.
• Experience and knowledge of working with agencies. Key responsibilities (title) A day in your life with us Key responsibilities (text) As a Digital Marketing & Engagement Specialist at Ingka Centres, focused on Europe, you will drive and manage effective integrated digital marketing and loyalty strategies, plans, activations, and channels to promote customer engagement and conversion.

You'll collaborate closely with Communication & Marketing colleagues, the digital team, meeting places, and agencies to implement the plans and ensure continuous digital visibility for our brands.

With a creative mindset, you'll embed a continuous test-and-try approach into in-market digital marketing plans, promoting performance improvement and ensuring the best return on investment.

Amongst other things you will also:
• Work with meeting places to implement engagement and multi-channel digital marketing plans that result in real business outcomes.
• Collaborate with in-market digital marketing and engagement agencies.
• Embed a continuous test-and-try approach for performance improvement.
• Secure comprehensive, integrated, and aligned digital marketing processes and ways of working.
• Measure and monitor in-market digital marketing & engagement performance for continuous improvement.

In this role you will report to the Digital Marketing & Engagement Manager, and be based in either Malmö in Sweden, Madrid in Spain or Warsaw in Poland. Team vision ( title) Together as a team Team vision (text) Together with IKEA Retail and Ingka Investments, Ingka Centres is part of Ingka Group.
