POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with the Marketing Director and outside agency partners to continually develop, implement, and refine our overall brand strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and conversion across all digital channels as well as our store front.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Develop and execute organic social media calendar for all owned channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and TikTokWrite, develop, and strategize online content production and scheduling for social media channels and blog contentDevelop and organize lifestyle content for all channelsHelp develop online sales flyersCommunity management for owned social channels, engaging with the community and escalating any issues to customer service to addressCoordinate and manage giveaways with brands and/or micro influencers on social and fulfill prizes accordinglyMaintain monthly reports for organic social and share results with DirectorAssist Director on all online and in-store eventsAssist Director on any future programsIdentify and share digital trends, insights and best practicesOther duties may be assigned as neededEXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferred Degree: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related fieldYears of experience: 1 year experience in digital marketing and social mediaKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
Experience with social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, TikTok and YouTubeUnderstanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase effectiveness of social media campaignsExperience in Canva, Photoshop, Indesign, and ExcelPassion for all things digitalEnjoys the outdoors and the hunting industryFull Time Benefits Summary:
