DIGITAL MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS ADMINISTRATOR, Center for Transportation and Logistics (CTL), will drive the digital marketing strategy for the MITx MicroMasters Program in Supply Chain Management and the online educational offerings at CTL; design and execute targeted campaigns to attract and engage learners; manage email marketing efforts, including audience segmentation, scheduling, and performance analysis; maintain CRM tools to track engagement; oversee all direct marketing initiatives; ensure alignment with CTL’s social media strategy by coordinating with the Social Media Administrator; have full ownership of the MicroMasters website, including maintenance and updates; create digital content, such as brochures, graphics, and learner testimonials; manage video production and distribution; support the design, promotion, and execution of webinars; and track marketing performance metrics, ensure compliance with copyright requirements, and handle other duties as needed.Find a full job description here (https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/3ukbw19dkn586o7bnkkry/Digital-Marketing-Communications-Administrator\_CTL\_MMx.pdf?rlkey=s400i42ctmov6kuxr4c06q5y6&st=rh6mvso8&dl=0.) .
Job Requirements
REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field; at least five years of experience in digital marketing; proficiency with email marketing tools, web management platforms, and analytic tools; experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva); solid organizational, writing, and interpersonal skills; and ability to manage multiple projects. PREFERRED: Master’s degree; experience in higher education; familiarity with video production, webinar tools (YouTube, Zoom, FinalCut), project management software (Asana), Salesforce, and database tools (Access); and experience in online community building.
