Digital Marketing Coordinator

 

 Position Summary                                                                                                                     

As the Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will support the marketing team under the supervision of the Assistant Director, Digital Marketing & Engagement to deliver strategic digital solutions that will drive patient/prospect acquisition and retention.

 Essential Functions and Responsibilities Includes the Following:                                                            

This role will support the Assistant Director, Digital Marketing & Engagement in the execution of:

Online Reputation – Under manager’s oversight, support day-to-day needs of online reputation management: Create and optimize Google My Business profiles for Hospital & MDs Actively monitor reviews and respond accordingly; collaborate with Patient Relations & Ambulatory Practices Assist in expansion of online reputation program to support new platforms i.e. Healthgrades, Vitals Physician Onboarding/Offboarding – Collaborate with MSO and Ambulatory Practice teams to create physician profiles across websites working with various colleagues to collect required assets; offboard MDs as needed. Maintain provider and practice data manager database platform for accuracy across all 3rd party websites Digital Media Partnerships – Handle creative trafficking with tracking URLs for a variety of programs in coordination with outside partners (IG stories, blogs, email blasts: W. Mag, W. Family, Westchester Moms) and other new digital initiatives such as Pinterest and Nextdoor Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) programs – Support as needed with monthly e-newsletters, physician onboarding campaigns, service line marketing and other strategic efforts Website Updates/Optimizations – Address minor content updates; utilize ticketing system Graphic/Presentation Requests – Create website graphics and presentation reports as needed  Manage Website Inquiries – monitor/respond to requests/inquiries {my patient story requests & general inquiries} and collaborate with various departments for appropriate responses Manage departmental project requests pertaining to digital needs collaborating with various departments Assist with measuring/reporting on digital performance across various digital platforms Assist with audience/market planning and competitive research Perform other projects and duties as assigned

 

 Education & Experience Requirements                                                                                        

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field 2-3 years’ experience in marketing, digital marketing, or email marketing Experience with website CMS platforms or marketing CRM equivalent (WordPress, Kentico, Umbraco), is preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Microsoft 365.

 Physical/Mental Demands/Requirements & Work Environment                                                                          

May be exposed to chemicals necessary to perform required tasks. Any hazardous chemicals the employee may be exposed to are listed in the hospital’s SDS (Safety Data Sheet) data base and may be accessed through the hospital’s Intranet site (Employee Tools/SDS Access). A copy of the SDS data base can also be found at the hospital switchboard, saved on a disc. Frequent sitting for extended periods of time. Ability to move about the office. Ability to constantly manage competing priorities. Constantly operates computers and other office equipment as required. Ability to travel to and from different hospital offsite locations with minimal notice. Must be able to adapt in a sometimes-high stress environment with frequent interruptions.
