Digital Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview:

The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the execution of key marketing programs with a specific focus on paid acquisition channels. The ideal candidate should be a detail-oriented, creative and analytically minded individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.  This individual will be part of a collaborative marketing team, focused on customer acquisition through a variety of digital marketing channels and should have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise and work cross-functionality, internally and externally, to build and approve creative digital assets to ensure delivery in a timely fashion for all paid digital efforts. Work with internal creative, development, eCommerce, and legal teams to develop and approve digital assets. Participate in internal meetings, cross-functional projects, and contribute insights for broader marketing initiatives. Support brainstorm of new creative concepts across paid campaigns. Monitor paid daily spend to ensure tracking and proper pacing for reaching and hitting budgeted targets. Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends, identifying new channels and opportunities for growth. Report on and analyze KPIs for digital marketing channels to aid in optimizing and improving results.

 

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or related field. Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in digital marketing Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills. Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work well with others. An ability to manage their time effectively, handling multiple projects/assignments at a given time while meeting deadlines in a timely manner Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Other: Independent, self-motivated, with a drive for continuous learning.

Salary Range: $56,453.14 - $67,000

Annual Bonus Potential: 5%
