**Job Description** Digital Marketing Director - Marketing Center of Excellence The marketing team at Aramark is charged with building a strong brand and driving profitable growth. Through repeatable business models that leverage insights and innovation, Aramark marketers help build base business, new business, and client retention through concepts, programs, products, and practices that engage consumers at critical moments across the country and around the world. The Director, Digital Marketing is responsible for the management and implementation of Aramark?s digital strategy. This role builds/executes digital marketing programs and solutions to help improve Aramark?s brand health, fuels the sales funnel, and drives consumer loyalty. This director additionally helps to lead strategic thinking related to pilots and scalability along with ROI analysis. The role also collaborates with Aramark Corporate Brand, Corporate Communications, and Lines-of-Business to facilitate digital marketing, create governance, structure, training, tools, and processes that support the enterprise needs, as applicable. **Job Responsibilities** + Develop and activate digital frameworks and strategies that build and engage audiences. + Deliver digital campaigns, products, and experiences across Aramark?s brand portfolio. + Build and develop B2B marketing capabilities along with being the main point of contact for B2B agency. + Use innovative technology and engagement to create valuable consumer experiences focused on personalization and convenience. + Provide tools, resources, and governance to the field to manage digital campaigns. + Create proactive approaches to pilot and test emerging technology and experiences. + Build and accelerate member/loyalty strategies to grow participation. + Partner with creative/agencies to build and develop digital content for promotions and campaigns. + Create training, resources, and governance to enable engagement programs across all consumer brands. + Work with the enterprise to enable Digital Asset Management capabilities and tools. + Use data to create benchmarks and metrics to drive business objectives. + Establish ROI analysis related to projects and pilots. **Qualifications** The ideal candidate will have the following professional experience and skills: + Minimum of 10+ years? experience in digital marketing, B2B and transformation. + Bachelors degree + Proven performance in marketing strategies to target, engage, and acquire audiences. + Experience working with scalable technical solutions for digital brand and marketing (website, loyalty, CRM platform, etc.). + Well-networked in the digital space - keeps up on trends and innovation. + Strong written, verbal, and technical communication skills with thorough attention to detail. + Superior program management skills, including demonstrated ability to drive clear results and actions. + Ability to work in the office (Philadelphia) min 3x/week. + Strong collaboration skills coupled with experience at networking in a large organization, including partnering with other departments and stakeholders to understand need and generate appropriate, innovative solutions. + Familiarity with CRM, CMS and MarTech systems such as Hubspot, AEM, Salesforce for example. + Analytical and critical thinking mindset **About Aramark** **Our Mission** Rooted in service and united by our purpose, we strive to do great things for each other, our partners, our communities, and our planet.
