About the Role

You will support the Digital Content Marketing Manager in the execution of the digital content management across web, social and more. You will plan and execute content changes on the Guinness Storehouse and other websites, including creating engaging content, managing opening hours and other changes and tracking traffic on Google Analytics. You will lead organic social media channel management across three smaller brand homes, including briefing and overseeing monthly content calendars, managing paid media creation and delivery to media agency within deadlines set.

You will manage, create and execute a content strategy across all digital screens in-building at GSH, devising a content strategy with regular updates. You will utilise Analytics Tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Sprinklr, Quantum Metrics) to drive insights and improve content and conversion performance across web and social.

The role will promote content and activity across a variety of owned, earned and paid channels.Execute content changes across the CMS based GSH website, including managing all content updates, creating engaging content, tentpole campaign announcements and moreManage content changes and general management across the smaller brand home websitesManage organic social media channels, including briefing and overseeing monthly content calendars, managing paid media creation and delivery to media agency within deadlines setCreate, manage and execute content across all digital screens in-building at GSH, devising a content strategy with regular updates to increase per capita, provide information etc.  Utilise Analytics Tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Sprinklr, Quantum Metrics) to drive insights and improve content and conversion performance across web and social.Implement analytics for detailed tracking of user behaviour in sales funnel. · Implement our A/B testing programme (Optimizely) from test set up to publication of test results.Assist digital content manager on content shoots, helping with production schedules, liaising with agencies, working with ops and moreSupport the digital content manager in the delivery of a number of digital content projects

To be successful in this role, you will need:

2 years of analytics and CMS experience required.Proficiency in managing social media channelsStrong understanding of digital marketing channels, such as social media, VOD, display and moreProficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Google Analytics preferred.Expertise in setting up A/B tests, particularly in customer checkout and booking flows.Experience with Optimizely or similar testing platforms.Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.Experience in planning shoots, or excellent organisational skillsSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
