The Digital Marketing department is looking for a Digital Marketing Intern that is able to join their team in Eden Prairie! This internship offers an opportunity to deepen your experience with a strong digital marketing team for an extended period of time in a role during the Spring semester and Summer of 2025 (February 2025 - August 8, 2025).
Position Summary:
Cambria’s Digital internship is a two part experience that successfully exposes interns to business need projects, professional development, assigned mentors and Cambria leaders.
This Digital Marketing internship offers an unparalleled opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You'll be an integral part of our team, collaborating on impactful campaigns across various digital channels and making a tangible contribution to our success.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Part 1: February–May, 2025: Digital Marketing Associate (Part-time or Full-time)
Web content management and optimization
Build, publish, and maintain website content on our primary website, Cambriausa.com
Create and manage QR codes to drive interactive experiences
Collaborate with diverse stakeholders and manage small- to medium-size projects that make a real impact
Partner with our SEO and Analytics teams to optimize content and maximize its reach
Part 2: May 19, 2025 – August 8, 2025: Digital Marketing Intern (Full-time)
Paid Media / SEO:
Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to fuel high-performing campaigns.
Monitor campaign budgets and performance, analyze data, and generate reports, uncovering insights that drive our strategy.
Be a part of implementing cutting-edge SEO strategies to boost our organic search rankings.
Dive deep into on-page and off-page optimization, mastering keyword research, content optimization, link building, and technical SEO.
Utilize powerful SEO tools to track website traffic, keyword rankings, and other key metrics.
Stay ahead of the curve by researching and analyzing competitor SEO strategies.
General Digital Marketing:
Help craft and execute compelling email marketing campaigns, from creating captivating content to segmenting audiences and scheduling deployments.
Dive into email campaign performance data, analyzing open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to measure success.
Participate in dynamic marketing brainstorming sessions and contribute your fresh, creative ideas.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, keeping us at the forefront of the digital landscape.
Assist in creating impactful marketing materials, such as website content, blog posts, and social media updates.
Embrace new challenges and opportunities as you take on additional responsibilities.
Qualifications & Skills:
A genuine passion for digital marketing and an insatiable desire to learn.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that inspire and engage.
Familiarity with analytics and social media platforms, the tools of your trade.
A basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices, with a hunger to learn more.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle any challenge.
Bonus Points:
Experience with Content Management Systems (Adobe Experience Manager) - a valuable asset.
Experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) - a definite plus.
Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.) - another feather in your cap.
Experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.) - a powerful advantage.
Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) - a creative edge.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Expected graduation date of 2025, 2026, and 2027.
Experience: Some experience in a related field preferred
Systems: Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suites
Additional Requirements
Managerial Responsibilities: No
Travel Requirements: Limited travel locally (Eden Prairie, Belle Plaine and Le Sueur)
Physical Requirements: In-office position requiring telephone and computer use. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds for displays, samples and other marketing materials
Program Dates: February 2025 - May 2025; Part-time OR Full-time / May 19, 2025 - August 8, 2025; M-F; 40 hour work week
