By joining our team, you are helping to provide an experience to our stakeholders that delivers on our promises. **Kemper interns will be exposed to the following concepts and experiences:** + Work directly with creative partners such as advertising agencies + Conduct keyword and audience research + Support the execution of process improvements to enhance department initiatives + Develop search engine optimization (SEO) content + Assist with landing page design, ad copy, and other creative tasks (i.e. infographics) + Learn how different forms of media are connected + Participate and present in team meetings + Develop from mentorship opportunities **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE):** + Junior or Senior status enrolled at University of Texas Rio Grande Valley + Qualifying majors in an academic area related to marketing, communications, public relations, or to financial services or insurance industry, such as finance, data analytics, accounting, or business administration + Non-business majors are welcome if strong interest in financial services and/or insurance industry + Candidates who have completed some marketing related course work are preferred + A minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 GPA scale + Proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred + This position is a hybrid role and may require work in the office 3-4 days a week + This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship _Kemper is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
