In all corners of the world ePac operates, the company strives to serve the communities in which we reside and contribute to the creation of a more sustainable, circular economy.   SUMMARY OF POSITION The Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving marketing initiatives, managing strategic programs, and optimizing marketing systems. This individual will oversee key programs such as our sample program and the ePacConnect product while supporting marketing, sales, operations, and customer success teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Program Ownership: + Sample & Promotional Items Program: Manage inventory levels, coordinate with operations teams to replenish stock, and report on program KPIs. + ePacConnect Product: Expand usage, oversee customer onboarding, troubleshoot customer issues, and ensure sales team engagement to drive product adoption and success. Creative Support:  + Internal Newsletter management + Perform light graphic design tasks for social media, blog content, and email campaigns. + Support creative development of written content for marketing communications. + Maintain and update website content using WordPress, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. + Maintain and manage relationship with Social Media Agency Marketing Support:  + Build and manage reports and dashboards within Salesforce to provide actionable insights on campaign performance and lead engagement. + Analyze marketing and sales data to recommend strategies for improving lead generation and nurturing efforts in target market segments. + Partner with sales, operations, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and customer needs. + Serve as a resource for system troubleshooting and lead management for the sales team. NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES + Assists with trade show participation + May be asked to present ePac at various customer and industry events + Other projects, as assigned JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES + Strong PC skills along with hands-on knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms. + Proficiency in Salesforce; experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus. + Familiarity with WordPress, graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), and marketing automation platforms. + Strong analytical skills with experience building reports and analyzing data. + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing workload and schedules. + Strong consulting skills, including the ability to lead and influence others and work effectively with internal clients, vendors, management and team members + Ability to work individually and collaboratively with others on projects. Demonstrate a consultative approach in guiding discussions related to digital marketing strategy + Excellent communicator, easily adaptable, exceptionally organized, have strong presentation skills and have the ability to manage competing priorities + Solid project management skills, editing skills, customer service, ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION + Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. + 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content development.   WORK ENVIRONMENT + The Digital Marketing Manager will ideally primarily work out of ePac’s Austin, TX headquarters office, and can also work from a home-based office, as required and approved by ePac management.
