Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Manager is a curious, creative, and competent individual who will adeptly build and manage comprehensive digital marketing activities. Working closely with the commercial team to understand and align with corporate goals, the manager will be a brand champion responsible for writing, posting, and optimizing content for social media, creating Salesforce campaign pages and email nurture streams, maintaining a Wordpress website with periodic updates, and supporting conference participation with innovative digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-channel digital marketing with demonstrated success in the execution of demand and lead generating activities. They will have a knack for crafting compelling copy, experience with Salesforce Account Engagement, and familiarity with Wordpress. They will thrive in a startup environment where the projects differ every day and everyone is empowered to contribute to the organization’s collective success.

 

Location:
Hybrid remote with 2-3 days on-site in Rye, New York.

 

 

1. Social Media Management:

• Create and manage social media campaigns and promotions that satisfy lead generation goals.
• Develop, write, and post engaging B2B and B2C content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) to build brand and grow corporate follower base.
• Monitor social media channels for feedback, trends, and performance metrics.

2. Salesforce Marketing:

• Design, build, and maintain as-needed Salesforce landing pages to generate leads according to campaign objectives.
• Develop and manage email nurture streams for defined target client segments, to include creating content, analyze, and optimize performance.

3. Website Management: 

• Update and manage website content as needed, ensuring all web content is SEO-optimized and aligns with brand guidelines.
• Work with web developers to troubleshoot and resolve content-related issues.

4. Intranet Site Management:

• Update and manage intranet SharePoint site as a key resource for CCS employees, to include short news features, photos and announcements
• Maintain CCS organizational calendar with notice of upcoming events to promote transparency across a multi-site business unit.

5.Reporting and Analysis:

• Track and analyze the performance of social media, Salesforce landing page and email marketing campaigns, refining strategies as necessary to optimize performance.
• Track and analyze web performance of website and related advertising.

• Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.

 

 

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field.

 

Experience:

5 years’ experience and track record of success in digital marketing, content creation, and analytics.

 

Travel: 

Up to 10%

 

Knowledge: 

Proficiency in an array digital marketing platforms and tools to include Salesforce, Wordpress, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, SEMRush, etc.

Working knowledge of digital technologies and software (i.e photo/video editing).

 

Skills&Abilities: 

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Proven ability to research and write clear, compelling and audience-focused content in a variety of formats.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.

 

 

For applicants who will perform this position in New York City or Westchester County, the proposed annual salary is $110,000.00p/yr. to $120,000.00p/yr. For applicants who will perform this position outside of New York City or Westchester County, salary will reflect local market rates and be commensurate with the applicant’s skills, job-related knowledge, and experience.
