Digital Marketing Manager
Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesHelp define e-commerce and digital marketing strategies for the coming year with KPIs attached and demonstrable ROI.  You will collaborate with a team of web administrators around the world, and you will create and update web pages (for SEO, new product launches, campaigns, etc.) and maintain/optimize our web presence.Lead the digital marketing strategy including SEA and work closely with partners to implement. Negotiate suggested tactics with leadership, work with the Content Marketing Manager to create ads, and follow through on implementation. Work with the Content Marketing Manager to develop and implement SEO tactics to improve organic traffic and search rankings. You’ll work closely with content marketing, graphic designers and product managers to acquire optimized content and copy for web pages and campaigns. Develop, execute, and monitor performance of digital marketing campaigns, including paid social campaigns (on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and elsewhere) and other digital advertising campaigns to support overall digital marketing strategy  Create and manage reporting dashboards for all digital marketing channels and provide thoughtful analysis and routine reporting to management.  Responsible for site traffic, customer acquisition, lead generation, conversions, digital brand awareness and more.What You Need to SucceedExtremely knowledgeable in digital marketing strategies and tactics including SEO, SEA, email, display and social.  Excellent communicator who can convey your strategies clearly and report out on results with optimization plans at the ready. An attitude of constant optimization; scaling what is working and improving what's not. A track record of impressive achievement in prior digital marketing roles.  Highly motivated and organized; able to multitask and work independently. Able to provide direction to consultants and junior team members. Must be fluent in Google Analytics.
