Job Summary of the Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager will play a critical role in the development and implementation of targeted digital campaigns to optimize our customer journey, improve brand awareness, demand generation, and support growth strategies. They will lead the day-to-day execution of digital properties as well as the tracking, reporting, and analysis of digital marketing and demand generation efforts. They will play a critical role in delivering accurate, insightful campaign analysis to drive decision-making throughout the organization. The role works predominantly with an internal team of product and commercial marketers, as well as external agencies. The position is in Tampa, FL, and reports to the Senior Director of Marketing Communications. 

Requirements of the Digital Marketing Manager

Bachelor’s degree required, with preference for Marketing, Communications, Business or similar concentration  Minimum 5 years of digital-marketing related experience, pharma or medical device experience a plus  Experience using cloud-based CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Hubspot, Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot or similar)  Working knowledge of key digital concepts to include:  SEO keyword research, keyword targeting, link building  Paid Social, PPC, Display, Retargeting  SEM experience managing google Ads and Bing Platforms  Database management  ADA website compliance  Ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and WordPress (template-based program can be learned on the job), and familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter for business purposes  Strong interpersonal skills to gain consensus across planned programs, negotiate tight deadlines, and align cross-functional teams  Passion for working in medical technology field that impacts patient’s lives  Genuine interest in digital marketing trends and applications  Job requires significant time at computer; limited travel requirements 

Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Manager

The specific duties of the Digital Marketing Manager include but are not limited to:

Collaborates with cross-functional internal teams of creative, content, brand and business analytics in addition to external partners such as digital and media agencies  Take ownership and work with existing marketing platforms to ensure efficient delivery of campaigns and improve workflows and ensure proper integration with our CRM systems and tools.  Work to optimize system functionality, drive best practices (i.e., email, lead capture, lead scoring, nurturing, and analytics reporting).  Monitor, track, and analyze the performance and effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns incorporating paid search, paid social media, SEO, third-party media, custom media and display advertising campaigns  Set up trackers for goals and KPIs (e.g. capture, engagement, conversion, sign-ups, open rates, site  traffic, etc.)  Prepare ongoing and ad-hoc reports and analytics demonstrating the overall performance and effectiveness of various marketing campaigns based on insights and analytics including ROI and KPIs. Monitor trends with suggestions for improvement  Ownership of email marketing which will require daily usage of an automation platform such as Hubspot  Troubleshoot technical issues with campaigns or marketing automation platforms and propose solutions  Develop and maintain a system to track and segment customers for targeted marketing campaigns  Utilize data insights to inform campaign strategies and optimize customer journeys  Consistently test and enhance lead development and nurturing activities through measurement and optimization.  Responsible for basic updates to web/microsites, provides input into the development of microsites with a focus on user experience  Manage and optimize digital Ad platforms including Google and Facebook  Participates in evaluating new technologies or applications to strengthen our digital ecosystem  Stay on top of changing digital behaviors and trends and regularly communicate opportunities and insights

This position is eligible for an annual bonus. Salary Range$89,604—$112,006 USD

Axogen follows healthcare system guidelines with respect to credentialing, vaccinations and other employment/compliance related requirements, as well as CDC guidance. Axogen reserves the right to amend its policies from time to time in its sole discretion.
