Position Summary:

We are seeking a technically savvy Digital Marketing Manager to drive our online presence and digital marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies across all online channels to increase brand visibility, engage customers, and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across all online channels (paid search, SEO, social media, programmatic, display advertising)Manage and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Directories, LinkedIn, etc.)Lead SEO strategy including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content strategyPaid social media strategy across all platformsMonitor and analyze website performance, user behavior, and campaign metricsCreate and maintain digital marketing dashboards and regular performance reportsOptimize conversion rates across digital propertiesManage relationships with digital marketing agencies and vendorsStay current with digital marketing trends and best practices

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field3-5 years of experience in digital marketingProven experience managing paid digital advertising campaignsStrong knowledge of SEO principles and best practicesExperience with email marketing platforms and automationProficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimizationUnderstanding of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles

Technical Skills Required:

Google Ads and Meta Ads platform expertise, with specific experience with Google Local Service Ads (LSAs)Google Analytics (Google Analytics 4 certification preferred)SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar)Paid Social media management experience in platformsMarketing automation softwareCRM/CDP platformsBuilding and optimizing audiences and campaign targetingData visualization toolsHTML/CSS basics
