Digital Marketing Manager
**Job Overview:** APTIM's Marketing and Communications team seeks an experienced Digital Marketing Manager, with a comprehensive background in digital strategy, tools, and tactics, to serve as a key driver in the development and management of performance-driven campaigns that address specific marketing objectives and elicit customer action. The ideal candidate has successfully managed both broad- and narrow- focused digital marketing campaigns (ongoing and short-term) for user engagement and lead generation. They have proven experience in managing and leading marketing teams that require multiple campaign deliverables and strict deadlines. Their digital experience includes personally working with all types of mediums including website, social media, search engines, display advertising, and email. They know how to write compelling content for different audiences and have a strong understanding of landing page optimization, search engine optimization, social media marketing and advertising, artificial intelligence (AI), and graphic design. Lastly, they have a history of collaborating with sales and business development professionals to develop buyer personas, ensure that sales and marketing strategies align, and create customer-centric content. The Digital Marketing Manager is a confident, innovative, and self-motivated teammate who won't hesitate to jump in and either lead their team or work alongside their peers on projects and tasks of all levels. This role will be required to always look ahead at the competitive landscape of digital marketing, research and define desired target audiences, manage aspects of APTIM's content creation and publishing process, monitor consumer and content metrics, and ultimately own APTIM's digital marketing strategy. **Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:** + Lead APTIM's digital marketing team, develop their annual strategy, and ensure annual goals are met. + Meet with APTIM business groups on an ongoing basis to discover opportunities and determine sales and marketing objectives. + Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to ideate and define digital marketing, branding, communications, and lead generation goals to support sales and marketing objectives. + Work alongside the Sr. Director of Marketing and Communications to develop and execute programs to generate pipeline through lead-generation initiatives including retargeting, content syndication, nurture programs, social media, email campaigns, and webinars. + Manage large campaigns with multiple team members and stakeholders to ensure objectives and deliverables are met on time. + Use data analytics to measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance, and asses against goals (ROI and KPIs). + Participate in the optimization of content for websites, digital ads, social media platforms, and email. + Grow high-quality followers and build engagement across our main social channels: LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. + Utilize AI to create efficiencies for your team and inspire new ideas or concepts. + Develop and manage the annual digital marketing budget. + Bring strong creative skills and the ability to transform complex information into engaging content. + Keep up to date with content trends, consumer preferences, and advancements in technology. + Execute new and creative collaborations among technologies and platforms. + Identify new opportunities to improve digital marketing processes. + Assist with event coordination, trade show events, and other duties as assigned. **Basic Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, public relations, communications, or another relevant field. + A minimum of seven years of experience in marketing, communications, content creation, or similar roles; experience in the AEC, Government, Commercial, and Energy sectors is a plus. + Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. + Strong project management skills with experience managing marketing calendars, workflows, and deadlines. + Highly analytical yet creative skillset with the ability to evaluate information, define challenges or objectives, formulate logical and objective conclusions, and develop solutions. + Keen attention to detail, the ability to coordinate multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines. + Proven ability to manage and move forward multiple projects with minimal supervision. + Ability to analyze and interpret customer data. + Proficient in writing for various audiences. + Strong familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress. + Experience with social media advertising tools such as LinkedIn and Meta. + Experience with SEO tools such as Moz, Moz Local, and Google Search Console. + Experience with programmatic display tools such as Simpli.Fi, StackAdapt, and The Trade Desk. + Experience with email marketing tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Salesforce Pardot), ActiveCampaign, MailChimp, Constant Contact, etc. + Experience with PPC tools such as Google Ads and Bing Ads. + Experience utilizing generative artificial intelligence (AI) tools such as Jasper.AI, CoPilot, Claude.AI, and ChatGPT. + Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc. + Must have solid proficiency with Microsoft Office; proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) is a plus. + Master's degree in marketing, journalism, public relations, communications, or another relevant field is a plus. + Experience with Google Tag Manager is a plus. + Basic HTML code writing skills is a plus. **To be considered for this position, please submit a resume, cover letter, and two to three work samples that include information on the project challenge, strategy development, execution, timeline, milestones, budget, results, and closeout.** **ABOUT APTIM** APTIM is committed to accelerating the transition toward a clean and efficient energy economy, building a sustainable future for our communities and natural world, and creating a more inclusive and equitable environment that celebrates the diversity of our communities.
