JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Director, Field Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager will lead and execute our digital marketing strategies. In this role, the candidate will oversee digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, optimize performance, and drive the company’s growth through digital initiatives. The Digital Marketing Manager will manage one direct report and work closely with key stakeholders across the business to enhance the company’s online presence, drive growth, and ensure marketing efforts align with broader business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage Digital Marketing Strategy: Drive digital marketing strategies across channels, including SEO, SEM, social media (paid and organic), paid search, and digital advertising. Ensure strategies align with the company’s long-term business goals and objectives.Team Guidance: Manage, mentor, and develop one direct report. Serve as the digital marketing subject matter expert (SME) and develop toolkits, best practices, training materials, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support current and future hospital initiatives.Campaign Optimization & Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns. Ensure campaigns are data-driven, meet KPIs, and achieve measurable results.Analytics & Reporting: Analyze digital marketing campaign performance. Use data and insights to adjust strategies, improve ROI, and deliver regular performance reports to key stakeholders.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing managers, design, marketing leadership, and the digital agency to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with visit growth, recruiting, and brand awareness initiatives.Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging digital marketing tools, and best practices. Propose and implement new ideas to improve digital marketing efforts and drive innovation within the team.Customer Insights & Targeting: Use Use customer data and segmentation to personalize and tailor digital marketing strategies. Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through targeted campaigns.Other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:
8+ years of progressive digital marketing experience, including demonstrated experience managing digital agencies, creating reporting, optimizing digital campaigns, and developing marketing strategies across PPC, display, and social media. Proven experience leading digital marketing campaigns and managing direct reports.Solid understanding of marketing data, optimization levers, targeting, and analytics and the ability to use it to drive performance, provide insights, and explain complex data in an understandable waySelf-motivated individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to solve problems with innovative thinking, decision-making, and resilienceA deep appreciation for trends and creative executions. Be at the forefront of paid digital media, search, and social media strategy.A passion for everything digital and takes an active interest and understanding of online advertising industry trendsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAnalytical skills and confidence in making information-based decisionsBachelor's Degree requiredOccasional travel may be requiredThe base salary range for this full-time position is $95,000-$105,000. Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
