The Digital Marketing Manager will manage and optimize our digital advertising campaigns, lead on SEO and content management, analyze performance metrics, and support lead generation efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker who can work collaboratively across departments to ensure our digital marketing initiatives align with organizational goals. Key duties include but are not limited to: + Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms. + Develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement through targeted digital advertising. + Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies to maximize return on investment. + Collaborate with the Communications team to optimize website content for search engines. + Ensure our online presence aligns with our brand strategy and enhances user experience. + Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings. + Monitor and analyze performance metrics across digital marketing channels. + Develop engaging, high-quality content tailored to target audiences across various platforms, including social media, and websites, to drive engagement and conversions. + Produce polished, visually compelling videos by leveraging advanced editing tools, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. + Generate reports to inform marketing strategies and measure campaign effectiveness. + Use data-driven insights to optimize digital marketing efforts and improve KPIs. + Support lead generation initiatives to attract and convert potential students and stakeholders. + Manage leads through the marketing funnel to optimize conversion rates and support enrollment goals. + Implement strategies to nurture leads through targeted communications and engagement. + Work with cross-functional teams, including Communications, Admissions, and Academic Departments, to align digital marketing efforts with broader organizational goals. + Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance marketing strategies. + Foster a collaborative environment that promotes knowledge sharing and teamwork. + May supervise staff. **QUALIFICATIONS** Bachelor's degree and six years' related experience required. Preferred qualifications: + Leadership experience in digital marketing, including managing digital advertising campaigns and SEO best practices. + Strong analytical skills with the ability to create visual reports on Looker Studio or Tableau, to interpret data and generate actionable insights. + Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager . + Extensive knowledge of SEO tools, such as SEMrush or Ahrefs. + Experience using project management tools, such as Asana or Monday.com. + Advanced knowledge of content creation tools like Adobe creative suite (Premier Pro) and Canva. + Advanced knowledge of CMS tools, such as WordPress, HTML code is a bonus. + Experience working with CRM tools, such as Slate + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. + Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills. **CUNY TITLE OVERVIEW** Manages marketing and advertising initiatives to achieve specific marketing goals. - Develops advertising programs consistent within overall marketing plans to achieve image, awareness and/or enrollment goals - Implements programs in print, radio, broadcasting, mail, and electronic communications, coordinating with internal units and external service providers - Actively manages and moderates electronic content and marketing tools for both College and external web sites and sources, including social networks, video portals, and listservs -Develops, tracks, and reports on both advertising costs (budgets) and results to assure goals are met; collects and analyzes data on exposure, traffic, and other metrics - May supervise staff and external service providers - Performs related duties as assigned. **CUNY TITLE** Higher Education Associate **FLSA** Exempt **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS** Salary range: $100,329 - $117,805 CUNY's benefits contribute significantly to total compensation, supporting health and wellness, financial well-being, and professional development.
