The Digital Marketing Program Manager is responsible for bringing a high degree of planning and program management to drive US Foods’ Digital Marketing department campaigns, as well as defining what is required to deliver results. This role will support the Digital Marketing team’s strategy, planning, testing, execution, and analysis, as well as related collaboration with key business, product, architecture, and analytics stakeholders with a key focus on driving our key marketing initiatives. They will work with Marketing Leadership and the broader cross-functional leadership teams to ensure US Foods’ short- and long-term goals and objectives are achieved in accordance with plans and budgets. The right candidate will bring a proven track record managing large-scale transformation programs through agile ways of working and the ability to earn trust and work effectively with cross-functional teams, demonstrate a proven track record of discovering and applying insights toward creating new mechanisms that help build and scale the program, and will always “roll up the sleeves” to get things done. **This position is virtual/remote which means the work can be completed from anywhere is the United States except Hawaii or United States Territories.** **RESPONSIBILITIES** + This role requires partnership with program executive sponsors & stakeholders, creation and management of comprehensive program plans, supervision of work streams, and communication on key decisions and risks including ownership of product governance forums and activities + Collaborate with Marketing business partners, Sales, Category Management, IT, analytics, or other appropriate teams as needed throughout the full product lifecycle management from strategic planning to tactical activities to drive collection of requirements for current and future initiatives, ideation, technical development, and launch of new marketing campaigns + Help define program strategies and roadmap, organize workstreams and milestones, and generate buy-in + Develop a deep technical understanding of our digital marketing channels and capabilities + Lead ongoing analysis and insights of business performance to support stakeholder decision-making + Ensure appropriate stakeholders are regularly consulted and/or informed as to the campaign roadmap and backlog prioritization and resulting deployment outcomes + Identify and help drive process improvements to mitigate current and potential program risks + Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs + Act as US Foods expert on campaign delivery related activities through regular and impromptu communications to relevant partners and leadership + Develop rapport with cross-functional teams to understand initiative and campaign specific considerations and integration points + Other duties as assigned by manager **SUPERVISION** : + N/A **RELATIONSHIPS** + **Internal:** Work closely with key stakeholders across Marketing, Creative, eCommerce, Sales, and other cross-functional teams. + **External:** None **WORK ENVIRONMENT** + **Remote** : This role is fully remote, and the associate is expected to perform assigned responsibilities from a home-based environment. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** + 5+ years demonstrated successful experience in agile project management or related roles + 5+ years demonstrated successful experience in food distribution, retail, CPG, or related industries + Experience managing cross-functional teams for high-impact projects + Must be organized, detail oriented, self-directed, ambitious, a problem solver, as well as show perseverance and accountability + Up to 10% travel may be required **EDUCATION** + Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required **CERTIFICATIONS/TRAINING** + N/A **LICENSES** + N/A **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** + Proficiency with marketing platforms including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Meta, Google Ads a plus + Proficiency with marketing incrementality test design + Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus + Agile Scrum Master certification OR Certified Scrum Product Owner is a plus **PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS** + Standard required physical activities including length of time performing each activity. Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is between $85,000 - $140,000. This role will also receive annual incentive plan bonus.
