Digital Marketing Project Manager
Job description

We are seeking a creative and results driven Digital Marketing Project Manager to join our team at Royal Farms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, drive customer engagement, and ultimately increase sales.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the company’s Rewards program to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Develop and execute offers and strategies to promote and drive participation in the Rewards Program.
- Oversee the Rewards customer service team and assist in Rewards escalations.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the mobile app and website, aligned with overall business objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and user behavior to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify, plan, and implement new features or enhancements.
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and on-brand content for digital and in-store signage.
- Attend and lead in bi-monthly food photoshoots.
- Develop monthly presentations and provide weekly updates for Operations and internal teams on Marketing initiatives.
- Ensure consistent marketing and branding across all marketing channels.
- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns to reach target audience.
- Monitor and analyze digital ad performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve optimal results
- Lead and manage social media and public relations manager.
- Drive innovation and creativity in social media and public relations campaigns
- Develop and implement a comprehensive community engagement strategy aligned with the company values and goals.
- Identify opportunities for community growth and collaboration.
- Assist Social Media and PR Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing community events both online and offline.
- Provide regular reports on Key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven recommendations
- Serve as the main point of contact for all Digital media projects
- Ability to travel to offsite meetings as required for meetings, events, or other job-related activities
- Other projects as determined.

- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing is preferred.
- Must have 5-10 years or more of relevant retail industry experience.
- In depth knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing & Mobile App Programs
- Time and project management skills are required.
- The ability to work well in a team, collaborative and horizontal environment.
- Comfortable using technology to accelerate efficiency.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and spoken communications skills and exceptional customer service.
- The working hours for this position may include occasional early mornings due to travel to meetings and stores. Flexibility in scheduling is important
