You’ll be at the forefront of our digital strategies, driving engagement and creating captivating content across all our website and social media online platforms.

Your Mission:

Shape and implement innovative digital strategies that boost our website, social media, and digital marketing efforts.Expand and streamline the website customer journey and UX.Craft compelling content and social media campaigns that resonate with our audience, fostering vibrant online communities.Measure and analyze the success of digital campaigns, using insights to refine and optimize strategies.Collaborate seamlessly with global cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective digital communications.Engage colleagues and partners worldwide to build awareness and amplify our brand.Train team members on cutting-edge digital tools and best practices to stay ahead in the game.

What We're Looking For:

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, IT, or a related field (a master’s degree is a plus).Minimum 7 years of experience in digital marketing roles, including website and social media management. Must have Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar Marketing Automation) experience.Experience managing and updating website content inline with a strategic customer journey. Adobe Experience Manager experience required.Experience with digital transformation project in large organization.Expertise in creating engaging content and a keen eye for detail.Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools.Flexibility and agility to adapt to changing plans and directions.

Proficiency with tools like Salesforce Suite, Adobe Experience Manager required. Prior experience building (or rebuilding) integrated digital experience that include managing a corporate website required. This position is remote but requires occasional visits to an Axalta office.
