The successful candidate will understand how to build a winning campaign and launch from start to end. This individual must have great attention to detail, be proactive, a self-starter, and a collaborator willing to learn and share ideas. To be considered you must have experience in paid media buying and planning.
YOUR DAY-DAY: (aka Responsibilities)
Responsible for participating in the strategy, trafficking, implementation, optimization and reporting of paid media campaigns across digital platforms. Primary campaign goals, (but are not limited to) increased awareness and conversion to linear tune-in.Spearhead development of digital media plans and strategy of primetime properties, tentpoles and Sunday reality launches; collaborate with internal depts. to find synergies and research data to support and amplify tactics.Oversee strategy, trafficking, implementation, optimization, and reporting of paid media campaigns across managed digital media buys (Spotify, Pandora, VideoAmp, Buzzfeed) and social platforms through respective UI’s (Facebook Ad Manager, Google AdWords, Verizon Media, DV360, etc.).Track and interpret results as it relates to main KPIs, making real-time optimizations to increase the effectiveness of campaigns.Collaborate with multi-media producers to develop unique social-first creatives for our paid media buys.Implement A/B tests, learn processes to improve efficiency and drive growth; including, but not limited to ad copy, audiences, keywords, bid strategies, and creative testing.Create VPAID, VAST and 1x1 tags within Google Campaign Manager to traffic streaming campaignsServe as knowledge expert and consultant across the organization on behalf of the Digital Marketing departmentAide in daily reporting and campaign presentations, leveraging in-house business intelligence toolsLiaise with internal stakeholders and external vendorsUpdate trackers in real-time and track pacing of all campaign spend and performanceYOU HAVE: (aka Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of proven hands-on experience in full execution of digital media planning and buyingExperience with Google Campaign Manager, Google Ads Manager, or similar Ad ServerBasic understanding of Google AnalyticsProficient with MS Excel and PowerPointStrong analytical, strategic thinking, story-telling and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of digital research tools such as comScore, Nielsen, etc. to inform media planningExperience with DOMO or similar business intelligence toolsExperience executing streaming campaigns with the focus of driving conversionsMust be willing to work from office in Doral, FLOUR BENEFITS:
