Digital Marketing Specialist
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the technology or geospatial sectors Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools. Excellent communication and writing skills. Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive marketing decisions. Quick thinking, innovative, and a self-starter attitude. Knowledge of content management tools like Sales Force, Eloqua, Mail Chimp, Meta for Business, LinkedIn Business Manager, etc. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans in alignment with business objectives and brand strategy Manage and optimize company's website and social media profiles for the South African market Create engaging content for various digital platforms to attract and retain customers Analyse market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, utilizing analytics to inform future strategies Conduct market research, understand the campaign target audience, and identify marketing and growth opportunities Measure and analyse campaigns’ success using data and analytics tools Understand how ad creative elements perform for each unique advertising goal (traffic, conversions, and engagement). Track and analyse primary metrics, revenue and paid ad initiatives weekly and monthly. Make recommendations for how the company can stay ahead of the curve with new technologies and digital marketing trends
