POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESKey Responsibilities:
Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring they align with regional growth strategies and business objectives.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, lead generation, and funnel analytics using advanced reporting and analytics tools. Provide actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Work closely with regional teams, including Marketing, xDR, Ops & Analytics, to enhance campaign effectiveness and conversion rates. Collaborate with the global digital growth team to tailor campaigns for regional resonance and optimization.
Contribute to managing the customer account journey, ensuring consistent and personalized user experiences that promote funnel progression and customer engagement.
Support the refinement of cross-channel digital strategies based on data insights and regional market nuances, ensuring a tailored approach to each market.
Apply analytical skills to identify innovative approaches and test new ideas to fill gaps in MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads) or pipeline. Ensure regional considerations are factored into global marketing initiatives.
Keep up-to-date with regional digital marketing trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive insights to inform and refine marketing strategies.

Marketing Degree or Certifications Preferred2 years experience in a Marketing position
Proven experience in analyzing data from various digital marketing projects, with a focus on extracting actionable insights.
Hands-on experience and advanced skills in using data analytics and reporting tools. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Marketo is a plus.
Ability to analyze data and draw practical conclusions that drive marketing effectiveness.
Proficiency in SEO, web analytics, and performance marketing to enhance digital campaign outcomes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey campaign results and insights to cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with teams across departments, fostering a unified approach to digital marketing initiatives.
Ability to adapt to regional market trends and dynamic market conditions, ensuring strategies remain relevant and effective.
A continuous drive to learn and innovate within the digital marketing field, with a willingness to explore new approaches and technologies.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThis job operates in a professional office environment.
